2022 11: The AC had been running consistently without stopping since 2019. In November I started to clean off the mold and I bought a new electrostatic filter. By November the AC had stopped cooling even though it was running all day and night. I explained to the others that the unit was clogged with debris. The others cleared the external drain pipes and rinsed off the external unit. However, the central unit did not cool. It smelt of oily rubber.

2023 04: As the months went by, the house started to heat up above 90°F so I started to open the bathroom window at night. I did this hoping to cool the house, however, my sister kept shutting the window. The outside temperature would drop below 74°F, but the room temperature would be well over 90°F. I was going out of my mind trying to clean and keep cool. I bought an ice maker, ice packs, thermometers, stainless steel cups, etc because of this problem.

2023 04: I reported Napoli Assets LLC to the inspector general for failing to maintain the house.

2023 04: Napoli Assets LLC replaced the AC unit, but did not replace the damaged vent tubes. Now with a working Central Air Conditioning unit that is pushing air through the damaged vent tubes, the air is also being circulated in the attic where rat shit is. Therefore, since late April we had rat shit, debris and mold getting blown around the vent tubes through the vents on to us.

2004-2023: Summary
Because the AC never worked each room needed at least 2 fans. I purchased fans which also had filters to clean the air. Even after the unit was replaced my filters caught a lot of dust even though the house was sealed due to pests and windows not being opened period.
